Free for drivers.
Pay-on-hire for carriers.
Drivers never pay a cent. Carriers pay a flat fee — only when they hire someone we sourced.

Drivers shouldn’t pay to find work.
The freight world has spent decades extracting fees from the people doing the driving — staffing markups, certification mills, “premium” job boards. We’re not interested.
Carriers have hiring budgets. Drivers don’t. So carriers pay, and drivers don’t. End of model.
- ✗ Sell your phone number
- ✗ Take a cut of your paycheck
- ✗ Charge for “premium” matches

The fine print.
What's the flat fee for carriers?+
$2,500 per hire. One number, every role — local P&D, OTR, hazmat-tanker. A fraction of a typical headhunter retainer, and you only pay it on a successful placement.
When does the carrier fee get billed?+
After day 30 — once the driver has cleared orientation and is settled in the seat. If they don't make it that far, you don't pay.
What does the 30-day replacement cover?+
If a driver we placed leaves or doesn't work out within 30 days, we re-source the role at no extra cost. One replacement per placement.
Are drivers really free, or is this a 'free trial'?+
Free, forever. We never charge drivers. Not now, not at scale, not for premium features. The carrier-funded model is the entire business.
Do you take a cut of driver pay?+
No. Your CPM, hourly rate, per-diem, and bonuses go straight to you. We're paid by the carrier as a one-time placement fee.
